God's Lenses...
There is nothing like putting on a new pair of glasses. Your perception changes! Everything becomes more crisp, clear, and clean. You can see things that were once hidden and renewed sense of confidence takes over. The world as you once knew it has changed! If two man-made plastic lenses can change our perspective so dramatically, imagine what the world would look like if we put on the lenses that God can give us...
God's Eyes: Most would call King David an adulteress and a murderer, but God called him a man after His own heart. When everyone else saw a greedy tax collector, Jesus saw a man named Matthew who needed a Savior. Peter was an uneducated fisherman, and Jesus saw someone who would take a stand, in front of hundreds of people, proclaiming that Jesus is Lord. And when the world had turned their backs to God, He sent His son so that the world could be saved.
Now let's put on God's lenses...Do we still see an angry boss or a Child of God with a hurting heart? Is that one annoying person still annoying or a person looking for love? Are we still unworthy of God's grace or are we God's masterpiece?
